This paper was produced by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue as part of the Policy Planners’ Network on Countering Radicalisation and Polarisation (PPN) project. The report sets out an evaluation framework for counter-radicalisation, for use at local, regional and national levels, as well as comparatively between PPN member countries.
