This is the first Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Annual Hate Crime Report, and brings together information on CPS performance in prosecuting racist and religious hate crime, transphobic and homophobic crime, disability incidents and domestic violence. Until this year, CPS included domestic violence within its hate crime measure, but now groups these offences within the separate violence against women measure.
