The primary aim of the programme is to ‘collect and structure knowledge for professionals which will enable them to exert evidence-based practice’ in the field of social interventions. The programme contains four key strands, a consultancy service that provides tailored advice to government institutions and civil society organisations, training for frontline workers in both Dutch and English, national and international networking on matters of social development, and a database of intervention projects.
