Established in 2006, the aim of the Aggredi programme is to develop a systematic partnership with the Finnish authorities to enable a swift and efficient method of intervention for young adults with a predisposition to violent crime. Aggredi specifically targets adults between the ages of 18-39 that have committed serious crimes.
