The International Network Against Cyberhate (INACH) was founded in 2002 in Amsterdam. It began with support from Jugendschutz.net and the Magenta Foundation, and with the legal backing of the Dutch Complaints Bureau for Discrimination on the Internet., With a large network of organisations, speaking a variety of languages, INACH is able to cover wide swathes of cyberspace in order to, in its own words, “bring the online in line with Human Rights.” Among its goals include: uniting organisations fighting cyber hate, lobbying for international legislation to combat Internet discrimination, and create awareness and promote attitude change regarding discrimination on the internet.
