Seeded by Aquil Basheer who began mediating conflicts in 1969, Maximum Force Enterprises, an L.A. based organisation that now works at a national and international level, describes itself as a ‘hands-on’ firm that seeks to provide a comprehensive array of effective and efficient organisational systems. This includes specialised tactical procedures and behavioural modification that deals directly with all aspects of besieged community restoration, domestic violence, threat eradication, gang aggression, and crisis management and debriefing.
