The Norwegian Centre Against Racism, a non-governmental organisation, was founded in 1978. The structure of the centre revolves around three major departments: Agenda X, Jobb X, and the Counsel Office. Agenda X is an activity centre aimed at promoting cross-cultural dialogue among Norwegian youth. Jobb X serves as a valuable job centre for multicultural youth. Finally, the Counselling Office provides counsel for individuals who have suffered ethnic, racist, and religious discrimination in Norway
