This document captures the proceedings at a OSCE High-Level Meeting on Victims of Terrorism that took place in Vienna in September 2007. The meeting covered four topics: the victim him/herself,victims’ assistance programs, victims in criminal proceedings, and victims in civil society. With regards to victims’ narratives, little is said here.
