Using training seminars such as “Global Jihadist, Far Right & XRW” and “What it means to be a Muslim living in the UK,” Scott Associates Europe Ltd has expanded its influence to cover important front-line industries, including police agencies and fire services., With the use of experts from the field, the goal of workplace interventions is to shed light on groups that often serve as the target of extremist attacks, notably Britain’s Asian and Muslim communities. By putting a human face on these groups, Scott Associates hopes to remove the idea of “other”ness that often pushes people into extremist groups, both jihadist and right-wing extremist.
