Supported by the European Commission DG Home Affairs, Terrorism and Radicalisation (TerRA) is a European project comprising of a European network-based prevention and learning programme. The activities of the project are based upon an initial research phase which builds upon gathered knowledge of radicalisation. Through this research, existing prevention and de-radicalisation programmes can be enhanced and new ones developed. TerRA aims to emphasise the fruitful role that victims and former terrorists can play in relation to the prevention of radicalisation and provides a practical guidance to specific target groups.
